Order Processing and Shipping
Please note that our order processing time is 1-2 business days, which is separate from the shipping time. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, excluding weekends and holidays.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification. Please be aware that delays may occur due to high order volume or postal service issues that are out of our control.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For domestic shipping, we offer calculated shipping rates based on your delivery address. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How to Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order by the scheduled delivery date mentioned in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fullrack.art with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO Addresses
We only ship to USPS P.O. Boxes provided by USPS carriers. We also ship to Military Base APO addresses. Please note that once the tracking information shows the package as delivered, the delivery responsibility shifts to the recipient. You are responsible for retrieving the package from the local carrier base.
Package Shows Delivered, But You Didn’t Receive It?
Please note that we cannot intervene with carriers if the tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received the package. As the recipient, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the carrier upon delivery. If the carrier deems the delivery location unsafe, they will not leave the package.
Therefore, if the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, we will not be held responsible. We recommend monitoring your email notifications with tracking details that we send you before delivery. If your package is still missing after checking with the carrier, feel free to submit a missing package claim with us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier; however, please note that refunds will not be issued.
Damaged Product?
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@fullrack.art with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Important Shipping Update: International Shipping Changes
Effective [15/5/2024], we regret to inform our valued customers that we will no longer offer international shipping due to ongoing customs-related challenges. This decision was made to ensure a smoother shopping experience for all customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
